Below you will find the route of the 20th Onet Relay Marathon.
As a reminder, this year we are starting at the Main Campus of the University of Physical Education in Bielany. Participants will run on two loops – a shorter one (2.195 km) and a longer one (2.5 km).

Running on Loops
As you have probably noticed, the 20th Onet Relay Marathon will take place on loops. And here is the key information:
- The first runner covers a total of 7.195 km, the second runner – 10 km, the third runner – 10 km, the fourth runner – 5 km, the fifth runner – 5 km, the sixth runner – 5 km.
- The first relay leg first covers the small 2.195 km loop, and then two 2.5 km loops, for a total of 7.195 km. Subsequent legs run on the 2.5 km loop; the 10 km runners – four loops, the 5 km runners – two loops.
- Attention! Please pay close attention to the marked places on the route where, on the first lap (2.195 km), the wave A runners follow a different path than on the remaining laps.
Race Packet and Baton Pick-up
Starting numbers can be collected at the Race Office located on the Main Campus of the University of Physical Education!
Opening days and hours:
- May 22, 2026 (Friday) – 15:00 – 19:00
- May 23, 2026 (Saturday) – 8:00 – 12:00
We would like to remind you that the starter pack is collected by the Team Captain!
ATTENTION: You collect your baton immediately before your start!
Refreshment Station
- The water station on the route will be located 150 meters before the changeover zone, on the left side of the route. Runners will pass it on every loop.
- The station will offer: DrWITT isotonic drink and Primavera spring water.
Toilets
Restrooms will be available in the Runner’s Village near the start and finish lines.
Starting in Waves
A total of 800 teams will take part in the 20th Onet Relay Marathon. For the comfort of your run, we have decided to divide the starts into waves. You will find out which wave you are in via the Runner’s Panel. You will also find the wave designation on your starting numbers. In practice, it looks like this:
- Wave A – 9:00 (200 relays)
- Wave B – 10:30 (60 relays)
- Wave C – 11:00 (60 relays)
- Wave D – 11:15 (60 relays)
- Wave E – 11:30 (60 relays)
- Wave F – 11:45 (60 relays)
- Wave G – 12:00 (60 relays)
- Wave H – 12:15 (60 relays)
- Wave I – 12:30 (60 relays)
- Wave J – 12:45 (60 relays)
- Wave K – 13:00 (60 relays)
Remember to be ready to start at least 30 minutes before your wave!
